Maddy isn't scared. In fact, this giant chicken is a good friend of Yu Yu's (Man Hei Yu is Maddy's Chinese name). Charmaine bought it because Yu Yu was born in the year of the Chicken.

from chickee duck. the shop had these giant chicks on display and i thought they were really cute so i asked and apparently they were for sale! (btw, those were the days when i still had the time to go shopping--i was pregnant then). the giant chick is currently madison's best friend and i'm glad i bought it.

it surprised me that Yu Yu was not scared of such a big bird. i can tell from Yu Yu's eyes and smile that she likes her friend - Yu Yu's lovely and this chick is cute!
also, just look forward to wait for Yu Yu first saying "mommy" & "daddy" and you'll be pleased that you gave up your time for shopping...
